Alternative Communication
To cater to diverse needs, we also offer alternative communication strategies. This includes the use of American Sign Language, also known as ASL. This has been shown to help children develop their vocal speech, even if they do not necessarily need sign language. We cater to a large range of various developmental skills, and believe that this is an excellent intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder, based on the available evidence. We also offer an integrated technological intervention known as assistiveware, which allows children to use technology and benefit in that way.
