Behavior Reduction
For some families, we know that behavior reduction is a goal. This is true regardless of whether the child has a psychiatric disorder or not, and we recognize this. We recognize that there is a function for every behavior. When we want to reduce the behavior, we use the functional analysis method. With this method, our professionals can help our families understand the environmental influences that are driving maladaptive behaviors, such as tantrums and aggression. We can then address a number of behaviors, including, but not limited to, phobias, aggressive behavior, attention-deficit, bedtime problems, tantrum behavior, and more. Behavior is, after all, what we specialize in.
