For those who are interested in becoming part of our team and offering services, we do provide training. For someone who wants to become a registered behavior technician, our training is free and extremely efficacious. It is also consistent with professional standards established by the behavior analyst certification board. To apply, someone must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of a high school diploma. They must then take a 40-hour RBT training course, pass the competency assessment in applied behavior analysis, and apply with the BACB, then become an RBT, which they can do at a local Pearson center before working to apply to our organization.
