BcaBA
Perhaps you want to work as a BCaBA. This is a board certified assistant behavior analyst. These will work part-time to teach skills such as communication and developmental skills, as well as academic performance. This is also a one-on-one position. This position is required to conduct tasks such as performing functional assessments, overseeing and supervising the work of the RBTs, training caretakers and parents, writing behavior reports, and more. A BCaBA certification and a background in written and oral communication is required. Candidates must be willing to be creative and self-motivated, and must pass a criminal background check and have first aid and CPR training background. Contact us for more information.
